Terms
Terms
These terms are the agreement between Jazerah Al Ibdaa and a business that opens an account on the platform. With them go the privacy notice and the data processing agreement. Opening an account accepts all three.
Who the agreement is with
The platform is run by Jazerah Al Ibdaa in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Its operator and registration are named at the end of this page, with the phone and the email for anything about these terms. “You” is the business that opens the account, and the person who opens it confirms that they may act for that business.
The service
A hosted workspace in which an assistant answers the customers who write to your business on the channels you connect, takes booking requests, and hands a conversation to your team when it should. It answers from the information and the rules you approve. The platform is still being developed: a feature described on the site may not be available yet, and the workspace shows what is.
Free trial
A new account has 3 free days, once for each email address. When the trial ends and no period has been bought, the assistant stops answering and hands every customer to your team.
Price and payment
The small-business plan costs SAR 99 for 30 days. That is the whole price: we add no tax and no fee to it. You pay by card on a page run by Moyasar, and the card number never reaches us. One payment buys one period of 30 days. Nothing renews by itself and no card is charged again: when a period ends, you choose whether to buy the next. If you do not, the assistant stops answering your customers. Charges made by WhatsApp or another channel provider are theirs; they are separate and not included.
Fair use
A plan covers up to 300 answered messages a day. When that number is reached, the assistant hands customers to your team until the next day. Tell us if your business needs more.
Stopping and refunds
There is nothing to cancel: a period ends on its date and nothing renews. You can close the workspace in its settings at any time; for 30 days the closure can be undone, and then its records are deleted. Ask within 7 days of a payment and we refund it in full, to the card it was paid with; the paid period ends with the refund.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass limits, extract protected instructions, submit unlawful material, or interfere with the service. The assistant replies to people who message a business first. It may not be used to start conversations, send bulk messages, or advertise to people who have not written to that business. You must have the right to use the numbers, accounts and content you connect or upload.
Your customers' data
For the people who write to your business, you are the controller of their data and we process it on your instructions, under the data processing agreement. It is for you to tell your customers what the law requires of you: that an automated assistant answers them, and that their messages are handled by the providers named on our providers page, one of which is outside Saudi Arabia.
What the assistant is and is not
The assistant is software. It can be wrong, and it does not give medical, legal or financial advice. What it tells your customers comes from what you approved, and remains your business's word to them. A customer can ask for a person, and your team can take over any conversation.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, limited, or temporarily unavailable. When we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell account holders by email before the change takes effect, and the date at the end of this page changes.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any period is limited to what you paid for that period, and we are not liable for a channel or payment provider's own failure. Nothing here limits a liability that the law of Saudi Arabia does not allow to be limited.
Complaints
Write or call using the details below. We answer every complaint, within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Ministry of Commerce.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts decide any dispute about them.
