After the first year
The first year of updates is free. After that it is 20% of the price per year to keep your answers and the system current. Nothing is charged automatically.
What you pay elsewhere
The system runs on your own accounts — your Meta number, your AI key, your hosting. Those costs are paid by you directly to those providers, never through us, and you can see every one of them.

- Is it really a one-time payment?
- Yes, for the small business tier. You pay once and the system is yours. The only recurring cost from us is the optional 20% a year from year two, and that buys updates — it is not a licence fee for something you already own.
- Why is there a range instead of one price?
- Because a shop on three channels is more work than a clinic on WhatsApp alone. Tell us which channels your customers message you on and the number stops being a range.
- What are the running costs?
- WhatsApp charges per message through Meta, and the AI provider charges for usage. You pay both directly on your own accounts, so there is no markup from us and nothing hidden. For most small businesses these are small.
- What if I need changes later?
- The first year of updates is included. After that it is 20% of the price per year. If you would rather not, the system keeps working — it just stops getting updated.
- Can I start small and grow?
- That is the normal path. Start with the one channel that costs you the most time, prove it works, then add the others. Each extra channel is a small step, not a new project.
