- What are the running costs?
- Your subscription covers the hosted platform. WhatsApp or another connected channel may have separate provider charges.
- What if my business changes later?
- Update the profile, rules, hours, knowledge, and team from your workspace; approved live data remains in place while a replacement is reviewed.
