Clinics

Your clinic answers every WhatsApp message, day and night

Patients message to ask about appointments, prices, insurance and directions — and the ones nobody answers by evening book somewhere else. An assistant trained on your clinic's own approved answers replies in seconds, in Arabic and English, and passes anything medical straight to your staff.

Common questions

Will it give medical advice by mistake?
It cannot. Diagnosis, symptoms and medication are outside what it is allowed to answer, so a medical question is handed to your staff rather than answered. That boundary is enforced in the system, not just requested in wording.
Can it tell patients our prices?
Yes, from the price list you approve. It states what you wrote and nothing else, so two patients asking the same question get the same answer.
Is patient data safe?
It runs on your own accounts and we never hold your patient database. It reaches records only through a gateway you control, only the fields a case needs. For clinics that want messages to stay in the Kingdom, it can run on your own hardware.
We have no website. Does that matter?
No. Most clinics we speak to are on WhatsApp only, and that is enough on its own. If you want one later, a small page with a WhatsApp button is a small addition.
How much does it cost?
For a clinic on WhatsApp alone it sits near the bottom of our 500 to 2,500 SAR range, paid once — not a subscription. The first year of updates is free.
