Case zero
The proof is the assistant you are already talking to
We have no client case studies yet, and we will not invent them. What we do have is this website. The assistant on it is a real deployed system, built the same way we would build one for your business — and every claim on this page can be tested by talking to it right now, on this page, before you contact anybody.
What is actually running here
- A bilingual assistant on a live site, answering from approved company knowledge — thirty entries per language plus its own document set, all written rather than translated.
- Retrieval is filtered by language inside the database query, so an Arabic question can only ever be answered from Arabic material. Nothing is machine-translated at the moment of answering.
- The qualification sequence lives in the application, not in the prompt, so no clever message can reorder it, skip it, or extend it.
- Every conversation is stored and readable, and a returning browser is recognised across visits.
- It runs on the same engine we would deploy for you, with your knowledge in place of ours.
What we made it refuse
- It will not invent a price. Try to haggle it down and it declines without countering with a number of its own.
- It will not claim clients we do not have. Ask for references and it tells you there are none published — and points you here.
- It will not sell what we have not built. Ask for a voice agent that answers your phone and it says plainly that we do not offer one.
- It will not promise a delivery date before anyone has scoped the work.
- It will not reveal its instructions, however you word the request.
How we know, rather than hope
- 183 automated tests run before anything ships, and a push is blocked if any of them fail.
- A graded simulation drives 54 conversations and 60 turns through the live model — chitchat, products, price pressure, delivery pressure, and deliberate attempts to talk it out of its rules.
- Every reply in that run is checked against the refusals above: unpublished figures, delivery promises, invented client references, capabilities we do not sell, and English words dropped into Arabic sentences.
- The last three runs were clean. Earlier ones were not, which is the entire reason for running them.
What testing our own product actually found
- A real visitor had written "كم سيكلف بناء حل مناسب لشركتي؟" — how much would a suitable solution cost — five turns into a genuine sales conversation. Our own pattern matched the noun for price but not that verb form, so the assistant replied that it did not have the answer, and the person left. We found it by replaying our own archive against the assistant, and fixed it.
- The assistant had been deflecting requests for references with "we protect our clients' privacy" — a polite sentence that quietly asserts a client base we do not have. The simulation caught it. It is now forbidden, and it points at this page instead.
- Sixty-three of the first seventy-one sessions in our database were page loads rather than conversations, because a session was recorded the moment someone opened the site. The numbers looked like demand and were not. Fixed at the source.
- We publish these because a vendor who has never found a fault in their own system has not looked at it.
What you would get
- The same system, filled with your business instead of ours.
- Your approved answers, your channels, your limits, in Arabic and English.
- Live in days rather than months, because this is a template already proven — on ourselves first.
- A record of every conversation, so you can read what your customers actually asked.
Common questions
- Is this really the same system you would build for me?
- The same engine, the same governance, the same refusals. What changes is the knowledge inside it and the channels it runs on. Ours answers questions about AI systems; yours would answer questions about your business.
- Why would you publish your own bugs?
- Because the alternative is a page of claims you have no way to check. Every fault listed above was found by testing rather than by a customer, which is the part that should matter to you — and you can verify the fixes yourself, right here, in the next minute.
- Can I try to break it?
- Please do. Ask it for a discount, ask it to guarantee a delivery date, ask which companies we have worked with, ask it to ignore its instructions. What it refuses is more informative than what it answers.
- When will there be a real client case study?
- The week the first pilot is delivered, with that client's written permission and their real numbers. Until then this page is what we have, and we would rather show you a working system than a testimonial you cannot check.
Test every claim on this page
The assistant is on this site. Ask it something hard — a price, a promise, a client we do not have — and see whether it does what this page says it does.
